Meet our board members


Richard & Ronda Adams

Richard and his wife have been married for 31 years and are blessed with two sons, four daughters, 17 grandchildren, one great-grandson, and four sons-in-law. They enjoy taking walks together, cheering on their grandchildren at sporting events, and serving in several ministries. They especially enjoy mentoring teenage parents through Parent Life, as well as serving at VBS and Kairos. Richard also enjoys working on cars, and they both love learning and growing in their understanding of the Bible.

Rapha has played a meaningful role in their marriage journey. 


Early in Rapha’s history, they attended a marriage class during a difficult season and learned practical ways to strengthen and restore their relationship. Since then, they have continued investing in their marriage through additional classes and retreats—both as participants and as volunteers. They believe that through God’s grace and the ministry of Rapha, marriages can be restored and strengthened.



Mark & Latrina Eisenman

Mark and Latrina Eisenman are a blended family with three daughters, two sons, and two wonderful grandchildren—a grandson and granddaughter. Married for two years, they love traveling, discovering new places, and enjoying a good game of pickleball in their spare time.


Mark and Latrina have served Rapha Restoration Ministries as board members, bringing organization, technological know-how, and a heart for the ministry. Mark also serves as a facilitator for the men’s groups.

They share that Rapha has “blessed us, challenged us to pursue integrity and growth, and to live authentically.” They are grateful for the opportunity to serve and be part of what God is doing through Rapha Restoration Ministries.



jon & candy randolph

Jon and Candy have been high school sweethearts for over 40 years and have been married for 38. They are blessed with three grown daughters and five grandchildren, who bring them endless joy. Whether they're camping, boating, gathering around a campfire for s'mores, or planning their next cruise, they love making memories together and with their family.


As a Realtor team, Jon and Candy enjoy helping families find the place they call home, but their greatest passion is helping couples build strong, Christ-centered marriages. Having experienced God's work in their own marriage, they are grateful to serve on the Rapha Restoration Ministries Board and are passionate about encouraging couples to invest in their marriages before problems arise. For the past eight years, they have led Dynamic Marriage classes and have loved watching God bring hope, healing, and lasting transformation to relationships.



bob & susan sanders

Bob and Susan have been married since 1997 and are thankful for the beautiful blended family God has given them, including children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. They love spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, sharing meals with friends, studying God's Word, and simply doing life together.


Serving the Lord side by side is one of their greatest joys—whether leading weekly Bible studies in their home or chapel services at a nearby care facility.


One of the ministries closest to their hearts is serving as prayer counselors at Rapha marriage retreats. They count it a blessing to pray with couples and have been continually encouraged by seeing God's faithfulness at work. Bob and Susan are grateful to be part of a ministry that points people to the healing and restoring love of Christ.
